You are responsible for securing your wallet, reviewing every transaction before signing, and complying with laws applicable to you. You must not use ClinkAI for unlawful activity.

ClinkAI interacts with third-party blockchain protocols and smart contracts that we do not control. We are not responsible for losses arising from those protocols, network conditions, or smart-contract risk.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClinkAI is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
